(Forwarded from the Yahoogroup)

Son of Gameforce (the unofficial roleplaying spin-off of Gameforce) is back! We've been on hiatus since we lost our venue in April but now we are ready to roll some dice and kill some critters again.

As before we'll be meeting on the 4th Sunday of each month between 12:30 and 18:00 starting from next Sunday (July 22nd).

The new venue is The Antelope pub. We have a small room on the upper floor which can cater for two games. Should the group expand beyond that we can try and book the larger room but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

The address is:

Eaton Terrace,
London,
SW1W 8EZ.

It's a five minute walk from Sloane Square, maybe 10 minutes from Victoria.

Hope to see you there and  if you have any questions just ask.

James

What kind of games will be played? Will it be standalone campaigns or will they carry over from month to month?

Hi,

I got this reply from the Yahoogroup for you. I hope it helps? Feel free to ask any more questions and I'll see if I can get the answers for you :)

We do a bit of both, one-shots and mini-campaigns that span a number of sessions. Conceptually one-shots make more sense in the context of a monthly event but ongoing games seem to retain players better. Either way we try to keep things flexible and inclusive.

So for instance this coming Sunday we may be looking at either continuing with an ongoing Hollow World Explorers game (for which the GM I am sure is happy to accommodate new players) , a Barbarians of Lemuria one-shot or maybe something entirely different. It all depends on the turn out and what people choose to do on the day.

Regards,

James
